Salted Caramel Strawberry Cheese Wraps

Makes 12 mini wraps
Prep time: 10 minutes
Bake time: 10-15 minutes
Ingredients
• 12 Mrs.Thinster’s sea salt caramel cookie thins
• 1 roll pie crust
• 12 whole strawberries, sliced thinly
• 4 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup confectionary sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg, whisked
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 F
2. Roll pie crust out on floured surface.
3. Cut 12 even squares; 3 in X 3 in. Place on parchment lined cookie sheet.
4. In bowl combine cream cheese, sifted confectionary sugar, and vanilla. Mix evenly.
5. In the center of each square coarsely break up one cookie thin.
6. Place 1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on top. Then layer 3 strawberry slices.
7. Bring two corners around bundle until they touch and pinch slightly to seal.
8. Brush with egg and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Optional
Dust with confectionary sugar.
